Our Covid Trip Day 2 [COAST TO COAST]

by Anvi Atreja

We take leave of our friends house at 2 pm. We got delayed a lot. As soon as we hit the road, we get to work. We try to finish all of our break homework. And we have a lot of break homework. Finally, when 3 hours had passed, it started to get dark. I was excited because my mom and dad said we could watch a movie when it got dark. So, we booted up my sister’s computer and started to watch Woody the Woodpecker. It was all about how a supposed to be an extinct woodpecker, with insane pecking and flying skills, fights but eventually befriends a group of humans who want to build a mansion there. Humans befriended him by giving him peanut butter. But, how did they know that woodpeckers like peanut butter are very weird? After that, we started to Watch Puss In Boots, but before we had reached the great city of Ohio. We get there at 5:30, but unfortunately, all of the gift shops had closed. So we got two souvenir magnets and two slices of pizza from a deli. After we ate the pizza, we traveled to Indianapolis. There was a giant Christmas tree there. Too bad that it was artificial. We noticed a lot of horseshoes covering the city. Because we did not know, we looked it up and found out that the horseshoe is the symbol of the Indianapolis Colts. The Indianapolis colts last won a Super Bowl back in 2006. But who wants to know about that? Instead, I was more concerned about Hilton’s policy on dogs. Luckily Hilton allowed dogs, so we could go there with Beamer and sleep.
